2009-10 DAN Instructor Renewals Are Due

The time has come for DAN Instructor Renewals. Renewal notices were sent to all DAN Oxygen or First Aid Instructors in early June 2008. The below Renewal Application should be completed and returned to DAN Asia-Pacific with the appropriate payment by 31 August 2008 to avoid the imposition of a late fee.

Note the Australian Instructors must have on file evidence of a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent Units. Without this we will not be able to issue Active teaching status.
