2012-13 DAN Instructor Renewals Are Due

The time has come for DAN Instructor Renewals. Renewal notices were sent to all DAN Oxygen or First Aid Instructors in May 2012. The below Renewal Application should be completed and returned to DAN Asia-Pacific with the appropriate payment by 31 August 2012 to avoid the imposition of a late fee.

Note the Australian Instructors must have also sign a copy of the training matrix and have on file evidence of a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as well as certified copies of their certifications and qualifications, as requested recently.

Without this we will not be able to issue Active teaching status.
