DAN America's 2008 Annual Diving Report is now available for members. The report reviews dive injuries, dive fatalities and case reports from 2008. If Members would like to obtain a copy please send an email to marketing@danasiapacific.org with your Membership Number.
Important Message re DAN AP Philippines Hotline
As of 3rd October 2008, the DAN AP – Philippines Hotline will be temporarily out of operation. In the interim, there is no need for alarm because all DAN members, and other divers, will have access to the DAN-sponsored Diving Emergency Service (DES) Hotline in Australia.

Dive Operators Procedures Manual
DAN Asia-Pacific has part funded the preparation of a Dive Operators Procedures Manual. This manual was created by Chris Coxon to assist dive operators in Victoria, Australia to comply with various local Standards and Regulations. However, it can serve as a useful template for dive operators in other places also to help them design a suitable Procedures Manual for themselves. It is attached as a PDF file and may be downloaded as required. DAN AP and its partners in this project hope that it will be of assistance to you.
