How to Redeem an Offer
To redeem an offer members need to:
1. Email the business whose offer you wish to redeem (email addresses are listed on each offer page for the relevant business).
2. Identify yourself as a DAN Member and re-state the offer you are interested in redeeming.
3. Await confirmation from the dive business. They may request that you fax evidence of your current DAN Membership (i.e. Member Card) to confirm a booking or else will request that you produce your Member Card on arrival.
Please note that DAN is not responsible for taking bookings or answering enquiries re business offers. Members will need to deal directly with the business that has submitted the offer.
However, If you are unable to make contact with a dive business within 48-hours please send an email to marketing@danasiapacific.org . A DAN team Member will investigate the problem on your behalf and get back to you.
